Photo by MCpl Rick Ayer Hello, My 9 yr old daughter was stuck outside the house in the cold for over 2.5 hrs yesterday morning because the school bus driver decided on his own to skip the pick up of a bunch of kids because he was "running late" and the school did not call me till after 10:30 (my daughter was out in the cold since 8am) that she was absent. I was at work, I rushed home to find her in the back yard - she needed to be taken to the emergency to defrost..... no one is claiming responsibility, to me that's negligence.
