WAYNE GLOWACKI / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS About 50 skaters took part in the Dufferin Hockey/Learn to Skate Programs windup that was held Wednesday at the Pioneer Arena to showcase the skills they have learnt. This community based programs main goal is to keep youth engaged in a positive and healthy atmosphere. Together the Winnipeg Police Service and Police Cadets partnered with the Dufferin Elementary School, Hugh John MacDonald Junior High, Pinkham Elementary and Freight House and have helped make the program successful for the fifth year .
