Winnipeg Free Press Archives Winnipeg WWII Home Front March 6, 1943 Winnipeg Polish Relief officials inspected the splendid collection of blankets, clothing and relief supplies now ready for shipment overseas. The supplies were purchased by the I.O.D.E., with money raised by Winnipeg's-Polish societies.
