The picture at lower left shows . a general view of the soldiers enjoying refreshments. At lower right, Brigadier B. W. Browne, officer commanding M.D. 10, is giving an " address at the opening ceremonies. On the platform, reading from left to right, are Major J. L. R. Sutcliffe, Lieut-Col. R. T. Spooner, Brigadier- General Browne, Alderman C. E. Simonite and Captain William Carroll.
