This large hammock allows people to sway in the wind and includes high canopies to mimic the tree foliage and provide shade and a burst of colour along Main Street. This is one of the three new Cool Gardens 2017 and four returning gardens officially unveiled Friday morning. Cool Gardens presented by StorefrontMB, The Forks and La Maison des artistes is a public exhibition that celebrates contemporary garden culture, public art and the local landscape. This year, it will include six installation sites running from Main Street through the Forks to Provencher Boulevard in Winnipeg, as well as one at the Riverbank Discovery Centre in Brandon. release July 7 2017
