The Winnipeg Police Service Community Support Division launched the William Whyte Home Smart Safety Initiative this morning. Officers/volunteers will provide information on steps, which can be taken to create a safe environment and safer communities. - This neighborhood was selected due to a notable increase in property related crimes based on crime analysis.
