A year ago, Roweliza started marketing springrolls; in addition to pork and shrimp, she has a bunch of left-of-center flavours, too, including blueberry cheesecake, apple pie, bacon and jalopeno. Lulu makes her rolls with her mom and two others in the Knox United Church Kitchen but will be moving to her own store next month.
