BORIS MINKEVICH / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS ART ON ICE - The Lord Selkirk Learning Centre is building ice fishing shacks that will be auctioned off. The proceeds of the artful shacks is a fundraiser for the Homes for all Fund at the Selkirk & District Community Foundation. They are building this one in a borrowed space indoors at a City of Selkirk Works and Operations department. There are 6 shacks in total that the community helped fund and paint.
