The Crescentwood Community Centre will be issuing T4s next year to those who receive an honorarium of $500 per year or more. They say no one is threatening to quit over those, although one man told us he has. The centre's president told us they're simply following best practices, then hung up. The Greater Council of Winnipeg Community Centres says the CRA recommends that, but most centres don't do it.
