RBC Olympians Jill Officer and Jared Funk answer questions after giving inspirational stories to students at Gordon Bell High School Monday during a ceremony the school was awarded a $40,000 After School Grant from the RBC Foundation to support the new Gordon Bell After School Program. The grant will go towards  a free after-school program to Gordon Bell High School students aged 12-18 which has a culturally diverse population. The After Hours program provides homework assistance in the students’ native languages, literacy instruction, language tutoring, sporting activities, nutrition guidance, and leadership and mentoring opportunities.
