Channel Barker holds a rose for her aunt, Noreen Lucinda Stevenson who died from a domestic assault, next to her aunt's silhouette at the memorial Wednesday. Barker is a Community Justice and Development Coordinator for the Southern Chiefs Organization which has programming to help bring awareness to domestic abuse within her community.
