Pam Bolton volunteers for Hospice and Palliative Care Manitoba in many different roles. She will be helping out at the HPCM Memory Tree this Thurs Dec 13th at the St. Vital Mall from 9:30 am to noon. Here she poses for a photo in front of the tree. The Hospice Memory Tree is a special place to help ease the pain of grief during the holiday season and where you are invited to hang a card of remembrance for your loved one who has died. The tree offers a very meaningful and symbolic way to remember loved ones over the holiday season. This service to the community is provided at no cost to anyone wishing to honour the memory of their loved one. Specially trained volunteers from Hospice & Palliative Care Manitoba are on hand at the Tree to offer support and information on bereavement services.
