Photo description:
MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Bear Clan Patrol co-founder James Favel takes media on a tour of the Indian and Métis Friendship Centre the morning after a Bear Clan Patrol noticed that one of the buildings doors was open. When they entered they discovered it had been robbed and gutted. The building had been closed and without power some time. A jingle dress was crumpled on the floor when James entered the room. He quickly put it aside for volunteers to collect and remove to a safe location. 190216 - Saturday, February 16, 2019.
