Young, first-time mother, Daralynn Green (21 years), from Bloodlvein First Nation, grieves the death of her three month old baby, Vanatasia Unique Emerald Green, who died while in foster care, at press conference at 
Canad Inns, Tuesdsy.  


The Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs’ Women’s Council and the First Nations Family Advocate Office held the news conference with the mother, father, family members and friends from their community on the request of the family to share their story and concerns over the death of their baby girl in a foster home at the time of her death.
