MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Select Shows carnival at Grant Park mall parking lot Saturday afternoon. The founder of the carnival, Robert Mills, died recently. He had been looking forward to checking out the new merry-go-round, so his family who runs the company now, turned one horse backwards and put his picture on it in his memory. 190427 - Saturday, April 27, 2019.
