RUTH BONNEVILLE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Local - Standup photo, Forks Dolphin An electrician with Global Electric stands on the scaffolding as he fixes the lights in the Dolphin, the large lighthouse type structure on the Assiniboine River, at the Forks Monday. Work began on the structure in the fall but had to be stopped due to high water levels and uneven ice surface in the early winter that made it dangerous to work on. The scaffolding will be removed in the coming days now that the work is close to completion. Feb 24th,, 2020
