MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Police are investigating the city's latest homicide after a man was shot outside a home in the 700 block of Selkirk Avenue. Officers arrived at the residence at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Thursday and found a 23-year-old man on the front steps of the home suffering from gunshot wounds.
