MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Rafe Abulla, owner of the Yafa Cafe on Portage Avenue sets out some patio tables and chairs. Rafe was in the process of building a patio seating area behind the restaurant when most of the stuff he had set out was stolen by a guy with a truck overnight.
