ENT - Preservation Hall, 655 Empress St

Portrait of Chef Tristan Foucault and his wife/partner Melanie Foucault in their newly opened, farm-to-table, French-inspired restaurant.

Story: Chef Tristan Foucault and his wife/partner Melanie Foucault were supposed to open Preservation Hall in the former Kelsey's/Barley Brothers space on Empress in March, but the pandemic had other plans. Now, the farm-to-table, French-inspired space is open for business. Need portrait of the pair; Preservation Hall and Pho Hoang are being featured on Friday's art front on restaurants opening during the pandemic, not closing.
