RUTH BONNEVILLE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Standup - Debris, fallen trees clutter Forks Pier. With recent heavy rains in the Brandon area the high water levels on the Assiniboine River have picked up fallen trees and debris which has gathered around the Forks Pier. The debris has pushed against the Splash Dash docks causing them to move their boat launch downstream. The water level was 5ft above its normal level but is falling daily. July 13th, 2020
