Winnipeg police said on Friday that Delaney Lee Sinclair, 20, was pronounced dead after being rushed to hospital in critical condition. Police said Sinclair was found injured in the 1600 block of Burrows Avenue after being assaulted nearby in the first 100 block of Gilbert Avenue on Thursday at about 9:40 p.m. Police said an adult suspect is in custody but no charges have been laid.
