Ed's grandfather started the biz in the early 1940s, after emigrating to Canada from Poland; he died young, a few years into the business, and his two son's, Ed's dad and uncle took over - both working there into until the day they died, literally. Ed, 56, has no plans to retire - he's hoping to be welcoming customers at least until the store turns 100, in 2042. For Sunday March 7 March 02, 2021
