MIKE SUDOMA / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Tea light candles line the edge of the bowl at the Plaza at the Forks as the Canadian Museum for Human Rights looms in the background. Hundreds of the candles can be found around the Winnipeg sign beside Scotia Bank Stage to commemorate the lives lost during the first year of the Covid 19 pandemic. The top of the Canada Museum for Human RightsÂ’ tower will be lit up blue in tribute to the health care workers who have been on the frontlines of the pandemic. The memorial will be on display form March 11-14. March 10, 2021
