Story: Last year, I (Ben) interviewed a woman named Joyce Church, a resident at the Thorvaldson Care Centre in Osborne Village. She said that things would get better as long as we hang in there and do the right thing by staying apart. Today, (Tuesday) all 65 residents at the centre are receiving their second dose of the Pfizer vaccine, and the centre made it through one whole year with zero cases of COVID-19.
