Daniel Crump / Winnipeg Free Press. Ken Stupak tends to his garden plot at the Sesquicentennial Community Garden in St. Vital. According to Stupak the garden is doing relatively well and he considers himself very fortunate to have access to water from a nearby hose. He has been visiting and watering almost every day this year to help save off the effects of the heat and dry conditions. July 24, 2021.
