Canstar Community News Oct. 25, 2021 - Viterra's new grain elevator is replacing the existing facility in Rosser built in 1987. After a year and a half's worth of construction time, the new facility is up and running and expects to have 3000 tonnes of grain delivered each day at the end of the first week.
