Mother Amanda Lund decided to keep her kids home from school this week - indefinitely - because she is petrified about them contracting COVID-19. Seven Oaks has provided the family with computers to use and some packages for at-home learning. One of her daughters, Mikha Bourget, said she tried to convince her mom to let her go back to Garden City Collegiate this week, but she lost that argument. “I miss it all - being able to be in a group in the hall with friends, just having a normal life," she said. "I tried to convince her to let me go to school, but then I just gave up," added Mikha, noting she understands her moms concerns about her health. Jan 18th, 20227
