A man was found dead inside a downtown bus shelter on Tuesday amid an ongoing deep freeze. The man was found in the shelter on Portage Avenue at Edmonton Street at about 5 a.m. The cause of death was not released, but the incident is not considered suspicious, the Winnipeg Police Service said.
