RUTH BONNEVILLE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS LOCAL - river rules Ross Brownlee, a member of the Winter Wonderland group, and Jarrett Rempel a physical education teacher at Westgate Mennonite Collegiate, flood a skating area on the river to prepare a skating trail Thursday. Also, photo of the steel ramp access to the river level behind Westgate Mennonite Collegiate. The city paid for this and it would be beneficial to have a photo for my story.
