The Canadian Forces display at the Red River Exhibition attracted a number of young people on Thursday, June 20, 2013. (left to right) Martin Rickey, Diana Lisney, Kim Laberinto and Lucas Hrynyk spotted the display from atop the ferris wheel and decided to check things out from one of the military's rigid hulled inflatable boats (also known as an RHIB). According to naval Chief Joanne Legge, the display is intended as an educational tool moreso than a recruiting effort. (ELIZABETH FRASER) (JESSICA BURTNICK/WINNIPEG FREE PRESS)
