Local - Support for seniors and E.R.I.K. 

Seniors and Long-term Care Minister Scott Johnston announces over $4 million in additional investments for Manitoba Seniors at Deer Lodge Thursday. 

Included in the new funding investments is financial support for Emergeency Response Information Kit or E.R.I. K,, which provides readily available health information of the senior living in their own home for first responders in an emergency. Connie Newman, executive director, Manitoba Association of Senior Communities, holds kit in her hand along with sticker that is placed on the outside of the door letting responders know.
