JESSICA LEE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Wooden chopping boards and charcuterie boards by student company Chop and Chomp are photographed at St. Vital Mall on April 8, 2023 for the Junior Achievement Trade Fair. The students sell charcuterie boards and chopping boards which are made by a team of 22 students from recycled woods which would have gone to the trash if not rescued and given a new life. The students are part of a program called Junior Achievement Manitoba which helps them with developing their business ideas. Stand up
