Lake St. Martin Feature Ten year old Keanna Stagg and thirteen year old Daniel Sinclair hang out together on top of a long dike that runs along the road through their community of St. Martin Thursday afternoon. The dike has been there since last spring when the community had to be evacuated due to flooding leaving the community disconnected and split across the province with some members still living in hotel's in Winnipeg. These two children hang out on the dike throwing rocks into the ditches of remaining water hoping their old friends that have gone to live elsewhere would soon return. lSee Alex Paul Story.
