Take Back the Night A group of about 65 people came out Thursday evening as the Women's Resource Centre hosted a Take Back the Night march. "Its primary aim is to raise awareness about violence against women, men, and minority individuals, including LGBTQ+ individuals," said Women’s Resource Centre counseling and advocacy director Kim Iwasiuk. "The event promotes the idea that no one should walk alone and that help and support are available to those who may be uncertain about it.” The march, which started around 6 p.m., proceeded from Princess Park to Brandon University.
