Carla Mitchell takes the snow off one of their lifesize Halloween displays outside their home at 29 Cedar Bay in Brandon. Carla and her husband Mike, who call their haunted house event Cedar Hollow Scare Away Hunger, are asking visitors to bring a food bank donation if they are able. All donations the Mitchells collect will go to Samaritan House Ministries in Brandon. See story on Page A2. (Matt Goerzen/The Brandon Sun)
