MIKAELA MACKENZIE / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Muyrna Kereluk (centre) plays pickleball with her friend Cecile LeBlanc at Jill Officer Park in North Kildonan on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023. LeBlanc plays five days a week indoors in the winter, but is also savouring the unexpected extended outdoor season with the current warmer weather. She says that there need to be more easily accessible public pickleball courts (both indoor and outdoor), as the sport is a key way that many seniors stay active these days. Standup.
