This November marks the 50th anniversary of the City of Winnipegճ sister city friendship agreement with Lviv, Ukraine. Mayor Sadovyy and a delegation from Lviv visit Winnipeg and participate in a signing ceremony to reaffirm Winnipegճ sister city friendship agreement with Lviv. One of the gifts Lviv Mayor Sadovyy gave to Mayor Gillingham was a piece of shrapnel from war torn areas in Ukraine that was painted by children from Unbroken Trauma Centre.
