MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Ryan Bowman, who together with his wife has been running We Heart Winnipeg, since 2019. The couple started online, before operating a tiny shop on Osborne for a few years. They bought a property on Watt Street last spring, and following a few months of renovations, opened We Heart Winnipeg's new home, last August. The location at 680 Watt Street is called House of Local and in addition to being a printing lab and retail space for We Heart Winnipeg, several local artists and makers are able to sell their products.
