Monias is recongized on stage during an honouring ceremony in celebration of his 75th birthday at the Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg, Man., Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024. Monias, who has been performing for 60 years, was inducted into the Manitiba Aboriginal Music Hall of Fame in 2005.
