MIKE DEAL / WINNIPEG FREE PRESS Wilgis Agossa is the curator of Theatre Cercle Moliere’s Noir et Fiere (Black and Proud) event (340 Provencher), now in its third year. Agossa, 42, founded the event to help fill a gap in Black community programming during the month of February, with this year’s event the biggest yet. In his opinion, it’s also the best. This year, the celebration includes a brand-new play from Haitian playwright Guy Regis Jr., a Black artisans market at the CMHR, writing workshops, and a pop-up art exhibit.
