Brandon city manager Ron Bowles sits in the audience listening to community planner Sonikile Tembo present a draft of a 30-year City Plan during a 'come and go' open house at the Keystone Centre on Wednesday afternoon. More than 130 people took in the open house, several of whom brought forward concerns about over taxation, and the lack of infrastructure repairs. (Matt Goerzen/The Brandon Sun)
