Documentarian Quan Luong’s new short “Tailor Made” screens Sunday as part of the Fascinasian Festival, telling the story of Tam Nguyen, a West End tailor who arrived in Winnipeg in 1980 after leaving his native Vietnam as one of the “boat people.” Since 1986, Nguyen has made custom clothing and done alterations from his shop on Ellice, becoming a fixture of the community.
