MIKE DEAL / FREE PRESS Ann Bowman had a scheduled surgery, but it was apparently deferred by Vision Group, one of the umbrella corps contracted by the province to perform provincially-funded cataract surgeries. Provincial health minister said her office spoke with everyone affected by delayed surgeries and is working to get them back on track.
