The Winnipeg Police Service has awarded its towing contract to Tartan Towing, even though the City of Winnipeg is currently suing the company. Bison Towing officials said they are also disappointed and question the decision, which “doesn’t make sense,” while Dr. Hook’s owner called the decision a surprise due to the legal issues.
