Ruth Bonneville / Free Press Standup - Interfacility Olympics The Saul and Claribel Simkin Centre (blue team & Misericordia Place (red shirts) take part in, Go for Gold, in the First Interfacility Olympics at The Saul and Claribel Simkin Centre Tuesday. The Saul and Claribel Simkin Centre partnered with the Misericordia Place to host the inaugural Interfacility two-day event which included opening ceremonies and a host of events including Balloon Net Volleyball, Axe Throwing, Shuffleboard to name a few, for camaraderie, showcase residents’ talents and create unforgettable memories for all participants in both personal care homes. The Closing Ceremonies will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 2 p.m with the announcement of winners and medal presentations with special guests. Aug 6th, 2024
