A 2016 change to The Forks’ lease renewal process “correlates” with the exits of long-standing businesses like the Pancake House, Skinner’s and Bindy’s and invites more turnover, The Forks confirmed. Lease lengths have shortened and tenants must now submit proposals (and compete with others) if they’d like to keep their space.
