Subject: Some parents have foregone traditional trick-or-treating in favour of safer alternatives amid crime and tainted candy. An indoor trick or treating event is being held at the Springfield Heights Mennonite Church tomorrow evening with candy, games, lazer tag and prizes. Pastor Graham Hunt said the event sees about 300 kids annually. Hunt says parents are relieved they can take their kids.
