The Time Capsule Ceremony initiated by City Councillor Mark Chambers, is part of Winnipeg’s 150th Anniversary. It contains important documents and memorabilia from the past and present, showcasing Winnipeg's history especially in the Louis Riel, St. Norbert – Seine River district.
