Garbage litters the back alley between Selkirk and Pritchard Avenues near Main Street.
A North End resident fed up by garbage being dumped in her back alley says she doesn’t know what to do anymore; her last complaint (of several) ended with the city saying it would look into it by April of next year. “Seriously! I pay taxes and this is the best response I can get,” said Carla Davidson, who lives on Selkirk Avenue. “People regularly drive down and dump their garbage... I guarantee you if this was happening in a more upscale neighbourhood, this would be dealt with immediately.”
