BROOK JONES/FREE PRESS The City of Winnipeg and the Province of Manitoba rekindled a half-century old hockey rivalry at Gateway Recreation Centre in Winnipeg, Man., Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024. The friendly hockey game between politicans, Winnipeg's public service and provincial staff was held in celebration of Winnipeg's 150th anniversary. The City earned a 6-0 victory over the Province.
